Mouse: My friend has a HUGE, HUGE sinus problem. I'm going to

recommend this to her, but what do you mean by " dap on nose, temples,

etc. " Will this work for really, really bad cases? Also, she's

been using salt water rinses and over the counter drugs. Do you

think this will help it?
