Guest guest
To the person with Sciatic pain. First, be sure it is diagnosed as "True Sciatic Pain"...good educated massage therapist can help you with that, or a chiro. Second, if it is not a disc issue, go to your nearest happy handed massage therapist, search for "precision Neuromuscular therapy" and as then to check on your Piriformis muscle. The piriformis is a deep six rotator in your hip joint. Your sciatic nerve can pass through the piriformis, and, if tight, the piriformis can entrap the sciatic nerve causing the same symptoms of sciatica. Then go see your chiropractor, try some Arnica, Bio Freeze and moist heat, like a Fomentek bag.Just a suggestion!!! Namaste, JesicaStudent massage therapist Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
