Guest guest
I usually reach "bowel tolerance" with one dose of 1000mg C. This time I took 1000mg every hour for 15 hours and still had not reached bowel tolerance. I've had friends who've taken asmuch as 20 grams a day (1g. an hour) when they've had the flu or a cold orworse, and not gotten disturbances from the C. But then as they got better(most often very quickly with the extra C), their need/use for it lessened, and they couldn't tolerate the 20g. So they would drop it, gram by gram, untilthey were better. I've seen bad colds cured in a day and a half, this way. Thewhole trick is to use has much as your body can use, and no more. And then asyour body starts to get better, to step down the amount you're using untilyou're back to "maintenance" doses again. Check out some orthomolecular medicine websites for more info. There's alsosome info on the DoctorYourself.com website. Jent"The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education." -Albert EinsteinTired of spam?
