The past ten years has brought about a renewed interest in theraputic massage as it is one of the oldest forms of therapy. And at risk of sounding Kevin Trudeau-ish, I do really believe

the medical lobby had alot to do with supressing the industry. In carpal tunnel cases, time and time again that massage not only manages...but could ultimately cure the condition! Of course you could always let the doctors slice your median nerve and/or the retinicula that bands your ligaments together. THAT is the medical professions' treatment. So everyone, please consider, massage therapy as a viable option not only for treating, but for health reasons as massage has many beneficial effects! Thanks and everyone have a great day! katlnhat <katlnhat wrote: , Keith Wyrick <kawman611 wrote:>Hi Kevin,Welcome to the group - it's really a great

Much luck to you on getting your degree.Marilyn> Hi!> I'm Keith, new to the list! I really like the interaction between everyone and really appreciate reading all the posts that have gone across, you all seem like a friendly, caring group!> I'm currently getting my Associate's Degree in Therapeutic Massage and I have to concur that Lymph Drainage Massage is a wonderful experience, if done correctly.> If you find someone with a very light touch, all the better. Massage can be a very helpful thing if done properly and with good intentions. It's actually something that can be done marginally well for yourself with good practice. > I wish you well.> Wishing you a
