Hi, Lucian, Please tell me what your temperature it is... First, I was thinking maybe you have Graves (hyperthyroidism) due to your feeling very tired, which is possible...so, your doctor should do a blood lab test on your thyroid... But, you said you are feeling heat in your spine. I am thinking that you may have some sort of infection in your spine? Maybe staph...or bacterial meningitis? These are serious and very life threatening infections. Has your doctor done blood cultures to see if you have any type of infection? If I were you, I would go to the ER immediately and ask them to do blood cultures. If then you find that you don't have any infections then you know you have to look further. But, if you do have any serious infections then you will be saving your life. I have had staph myself twice...and bacterial meningitis once, so, I know all

about these horrible infections. The doctors can't figure out why I got these infections. I think it is because my immune system was depressed from living in a house full of black mold (which the landlord wouldn't admit to).
