Hello everyone,

I just joined this group. I have been actively involved in all sorts

of alternative holistic therapies for about a year every since my back

surgeries which left me in much pain. I am doing acupuncture, massage,

and I have dabbled in acupressure. I also have been doing gentle yoga,

and level 1 Hatha yoga. My problem is that I work 11 hours a day 5

days a week..with a family at home..hard to find time. Love to hear

from others who have had pain issues.
