Thank you to everyone who had little tidbits for quitting smoking. I am very proud of myself, and i just thought I would let you know that I am now it the 25th hour...first day done...I just didnt buy any...it sounds simple, but is very very hard. Luckily I was in a precision Neuromuscular Seminar all weekend, and tomorrow...I have my classmates to help me through...it is hard....but I am doing it!thanks to everyone again...but I am not entirely there yet!!!jesica

That's awesome! That's pretty much all I did, was stop buying them

and told myself non-smokers don't buy cigarettes. Now I would

probably go the route of using EFT for cravings. Expect to get sick

when everything comes lose in your lungs and know you are doing the

best thing for your health. Drink tons of water.

 

Your name sounds European...if you're in Europe you will find black

seed oil in most drugstores. It is excellent for the lungs and

reversing bronchitis which is common for people who quit smoking.

Keep it up and let us know how you're doing!
