Does anyone know an alternative method to get rid of Bedbugs besides DDT or other toxic chemicals??

You could try sprinkling the mattress and box spring with DE (diamateous earth sp?) It may take a few days to see results but it isn't toxic. I can remember an "alternative" doctor telling me that you can paint the mattress with very strong black tea for this. I was having allergies at the time - I decided to instead change my mattress for a dunlopillo (probably spelled wrongly) instead (his other suggestion) - this was about the only laxex available at the time (mid 1980's) but there are lots of latex mattresses available now and also memory foam ones which will have the same benefits in this respect.
