Help with technologically enduced energy loss

I see a holistic chiropractor and she recently pointed out

this problem to me. Her solution was a magnet. I’m not sure what the

magnet is called, but it has a very shiny silver side, almost like a mirror,

and the other side is backed by cloth. Everyday I keep it in my pocket with the

cloth side to me. It actually has helped a lot. I’ll see if I can get the

name of the magnet for you.
