Guest guest
I was a baby with colic forEVER, and mine was due to dairy intolerance (to dairy protein: casein). I've seen mentioned on some lists about casein-complicated or induced autism in our little ones that gluten (wheat/etc protein) is very similar to casein in its molecular structure - and that anyone with a reaction to one should try to remove the other, as well, to see if they are also intolerant to it, too. Has anyone else heard anything about this? I have not removed gluten entirely from my diet, but I have really cut it back. I've not noticed a difference, but then, I don't get any health benefits from cutting back on dairy, either -- until I eliminate every last bit of it from absolutely everything I eat (even the hidden ingredients in food). So could be the gluten is another complication I've not learned about yet. Anyone heard of this? --- shanebhane <sasnell wrote: > Boy this brings back memories!
