I will give them a try - thanks!

Thanks for this link - I'll check it out later today.

I remember learning that years ago - thanks for the reminder, because I had

forgotten!

How did you quit caffeine? I've found that in my 20s and 30s, I had nothing

more than a bit of a headache for a few days when I quit caffeine. But since

having years of chronic fatigue/etc, I find myself even more dependent on

caffeine to get me going in the morning: when I don't have it, I really drag

(I usually drag, but I mean REALLY drag :)

I've tried cutting back a bit each day, but I fail after a day or so. Perhaps

I just need more determination...

I've gotten an amazing amount of healing from this book: " The Trigger Point

Therapy Workbook: Your Self-Treatment Guide for Pain Relief (Second Edition) "

by Clair Davies (Here's an amazon link to read more - though I got mine first

from the public library before buying after it worked for me:

I was able to get rid of every muscle-related problem in my body, except for

the elbow thing. And it cost me only a few bucks for the book and a tennis

ball, and my time :)

I'm in Portland, Oregon.
