Guest guest
Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you are having these problems. So many people today are having panic attacks and depression. The basic reason for these are that your serotonin levels are too low, due to stress most likely. First, you can substitute valerian (an herb) for the valium. Valium is actually the synthetic form of valerian and while it is addictive, valerian is not. You MUST take calcium and magnesium. They are essential for your nervous system. They work best when taken together. Take 500 milligrams of calcium and 250 to 500 mgs. of magnesium twice daily. Also, you might try DLPA (DL-phenylalanine)but do NOT take for more than three weeks 500 mgs twice a day with juice or water. DO NOT take with protein foods. A B-100 tablet twice a day will also help as the nervous system needs B vitamins for health and calmness. I also suggest you learn meditation. It will help you control the panic attacks. The attacks come on unexpectedly and are caused by the imbalance or lack of serotonin in your body. Going into a meditative state quickly will calm you and help you gain control as there is really to threat to your life, which is what your body is thinking. There are many excellent books and websites that have more information and can help you overcome this problem. It takes time but can be completely reversed. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. You can email me at meradat555. Hope this helps. My very best wishes for your speedy recovery.
