For all types on mental illness, an excellent vitamin supplement formulated by Truehope Canada called EMPowerplus is amazing. I know of someone who uses it for bipolar disorder and another who uses it for depression and it is amazing, eliminating or almost eliminating the need for medications, without the unpleasant side effects of drugs.
