Ok about four years ago I managed to loose a lot of weight by eating

healthy and working out. I quit smoking and gained it all back and

then some. Of course my healthy eating habits went out the window. I

had the will power then but now I am haveing a difficult time going

back to it! I ate no red meats; mostly fish. No dairy; Lactose

sensitive, not intolerant, yet) and no refined sugars! I want it back

but those seem to be all my body craves now that I quit smoking!!

Very frustrating! Is it a cleaning/detoxifying process that I need to

remove it the toxins that cause the cravings? This if funny because

earlier I give addvice on Alcohol addiction and how I kicked smoking

but I have come to the relization that food has now become my

addiction! It also makes it hard when everyone else in the house are

carnivours!! But my son is old enough now to help with the kitchen

duties and if he wants red meat; or his father, they can help out and

cook partially for them selves!

Also does anyone have a good herb out there for a natrual appetite

supressent? I think that will assist a bit. The Chromium and green

tea do not seem to work with me. I have been told celeryseed,

Raspberry leaf and fennel seed may work . . has anyone ever used or

know of someone who has and did it work?

Thanks so much!

-Josie,Congrats on quiting smoking! That is a huge accomplishment! Do you know what your blood type is? I have a grocery list that goes by blood type, Benificial foods increase metabolism and help you loose weight, nuetural foods are just that and Avoids will put on weight. Important stuff to know. Also Increase your mineral intake. Particularly your B's. If you are taking a multi mineral double the dose and add a B complex. This should help with the cravings for sugar and carbs.

Check out www.mynsp.com/bygrace For weight loss products. Important that you have a good base of minerals, enzymes, omegas, fiber and probotics to keep the body in balance.
