Guest guest Posted March 23, 2006 Report Share Posted March 23, 2006 Hi, I am looking for new approaches and natural alternatives to preventive medicine, better health and harmony in my life. My question is, there are so many types of Yoga, which would be best to get a sculptured look to my muscles, without bulking up, I would like a more lean look. I do lighter weights, but wanted to try something else, too, like yoga. Or should I not even consider yoga for this, but go another route? I was considering the yoga, not only for the exercise, but the relaxtion would really help with stress. Kind of like tackling two birds with one stone.
