I am new also.....and am looking for a holistic way to

get rid of alcohol addiction. Does anyone have any

experience with this? thank you. cindyruth

Hi CindyRuth,

Welcome here!

You need to approach this from several

angles.

Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit are a

feedback loop. They all influence each other.

Your chance of success is greater if you

tackle the problem from as many angles

as possible.

Are you looking into this for yourself, or

for someone else? I am proceeding as if

it is for yourself.

I hope you are joining AA?

You need emotional and spiritual support,

you need to break out of old patterns,

and you need to detox your body and feed it

well.

To literally get the cravings out of your system,

take a look at Emotional Freedom Technique.

It has helped people quit smoking in an afternoon.

This url goes to a section on addictions.

Get the free e-book, and learn this!

To detoxify and rebuild your body, you

need to get your colon clear, your liver

flushed out and activated, and then you need

superfoods to rebuild your depleted body.

One way to do this would be with a Rainforest

Health Pak. Ask me off list if you'd like to

look into this.

Shipibo Treasure Tea makes a delicious alternative

to any beverage. I do send samples, ask off list.
