Guest guest
Yep, I am not surprised, different people different remedies will work differently hehe! Capsicum doesn't work for me, but put cooling peppermint in the mix and it does wonders. I wonder if that has to do with hot vs. cold body types? Michael?? Guest guest
Hi Rik, I have treated it. I use comfrey poultices mixed with DMSO. Works like a charm, and very quickly which I need because in my business I can't be taking time off or turning down clients due to an injury, once I lose clients it's almost a forever thing. I am a special case with the joint thing though, mine are way too pliable and weak (double jointed they call it), so once injured they take extra long to heal. I have also used kombacha mushroom wrapped around the joint, works well also, but I prefer the DMSO and comrfey. fft herbal remedies , " Rik " <bliksemskater wrote: > > hello all, i think i have a tennis elbow, at least what i read about > it, it is just the same with my elbow, underarm. has anyone treated > this with herbs, any other tricks perhaps, i have had this for half a > year now and it is getting annoying......... and painful at times. > problem is that i work every day with my arms, lifting, pulling, etc. > i would like to hear your advice. experiences, thank you, rik >

Guest guest
Hi Rick! As for herbs, Recovazon (I sell this one) seems to be formula of choice for a lot of people with muscular and joint issues. We have it for inside and as a topical gel. (http://wildhealing.net) As for other tricks: try working your knee, on the same side as the sore elbow, on the equivalent spot. This is called a referral area. I have succesfully worked the elbow to help the knee, it should work in reverse too! Just poke and prod and rub. The website http://acuxo.com http://acuxo.com/meridianPictures.asp?point=HE1 & meridian=Heart this is one point indicated for elbow problems. Search the site for more. Don't get lost, it is so awesome. Good luck! Guest guest
Hi Rik, That is how my arthritis showed it ugly head at first. Carpal tunnel tendonitis is an early form of arthritis. I was working at a furniture factory sanding at the time!!! plus doing much work on the ranch. My arthritis progressed to OA and then to RA as well. That being said my arthritis is at long last under control and my body is healing. I started out using the infra red lights which are a God send to this earth!!! but there is one thing that I didn't do in the early stages where YOU are and if you would look at balancing the inside of your acidic body then you would arrest your disease and heal. I am in the process of balancing my pH in my body. Those of my friends and I that are doing this are regaining health from whatever ails them. Even in some extreme cases. It took me 6 yrs to evolve in my research and products and then 6 mtHs tocompile the research for information for those who truely want to regain their health. It is interesting to see that now daily I have calls, emails from people doing herbs, traditional, acupuncture etc etc and they are all a bandaid unless you truely get to the ROOT of your problem and that is the acid body. If you wish to look at my site and contact me my site is www.naturalguidetohealth.com I am pretty proud of it. My email is mysteryarabpt if you wish to contact me. I have more and more people listening to me and changing their lives around. This is my passion and my life and I am so very lucky to be making a differance in so many peoples lives. I also must brag here as I am on no medication for pain or otherwise. I am sometimes stiff but I am healing and proud of it. Take it from me and nip it in the bud before it progresses. My newest client has only had her arthritis for 5 yrs and she is on 8 medications. She can't even get into or out of her tub. She is really in trouble. So with this I pray you listen and take alook at my site. I also pray I hear from you. I love to talk and give my info. Guest guest
Rik, you are certainly welcome. You can use the same comfrey/DMSO on your knee also. I used the brace on my arm while it healed as well. Many who use comfrey by mouth also use milk thistle to help protect their liver. Comfrey helps any and all injuries heal 60 percent quicker. Doc also has deep tissue repair recipes or formulas you can purchase in the files. And you know Doc recommends using cayenne with everything as it increases circulation and doing that ALWAYS brings on a quicker healing. Too cayenne strengthens everything you use with it. So try adding that to your poultices......I have incorporated into everything now. I love that stuff! Yes, please do let me know how you are doing. fft herbal remedies , " Rik " <bliksemskater wrote: > > hey thanks for the advice. i am using comfrey right now, but without > the dmso, which i have here. i will give that a go and tell you > later how it went. thanks again, rik > ps: i also stated to drink some comfey tea, i have a feeling this > could help me with my torn meniscus .............it feels a lot > better these days (O: > > > Hi Rik, > > I have treated it. I've used it for tennis elbow and back pain and it never fails. Subtle Energy Solutions sells it. There are also yoga poses that address the issue. I do Bikram Yoga, and that has also helped resolve the tennis elbow (Locust pose is the one)... Hope this helps! Boyd

Guest guest
hi fft, yes i will let you know things go. thanks for the info, i appreciate it. cayenne, well, i eat it daily, the very hot stuff, on just about anything that goes into my mouth, i love the taste and spicy feeling, i have tried it once on a cut and thought it was going to burn a hole in it........ cured me from trying that again, but will try it on my skin like you said. i do have deep tissue oil from doc, but i'm a bit careful with this because i had a mother of a bad reaction when i tried that on my knee last year, very possible my own mistake..... i took weeks to get better, but i can give this an other shot and pay better attention to things, i am also starting to know a little more about this healing....just a little (O; thanks for your help, rik > Rik, you are certainly welcome.
