Guest guest
Hello - I'm new to the group and have been very impressed with the groups' range of knowledge and willingness to share. I have long been interest in Alt Med and have worked in the health care field (in an administrative capacity) for many years, now retired. I have a very good friend who has myasthenia gravis and I was wondering what alternative suggestions that the group might have. My friend is on medication and it doesn't seem to be helping.....I did a search of your archieves and did not find any references to this....Thanks in advance, ET

I confess I did not know what myasthenia gravis was. I did a search and found info from the Mayo Clinic. Myasthenia gravis - MayoClinic.com I gather it is an autoimmune disorder affecting the muscles and somehow related to the blood. If you have tried "everything else" for your friend, I wanted to tell you that I had a flash of memory of a book I read called Breaking Generational Curses that mentioned blood disorders and possible "spiritual" causes. For example, arthritis is caused by unforgiveness. I don't remember specifically about blood, but it listed leukemia, anemia, etc. It is sure to provide some insight. Books by Marilyn Hickey (her website) Here is the book from alibris.com and copies available for $3.90. http://www.alibris.com/search/search.cfm?qwork=795949 & wauth=Marilyn%20Hickey & matches=13 & qsort=r & cm_re=works*listing*title Also, EFT was just recommended to me for dental pain and depression. EFT has been called "acupuncture without needles." http://www.emofree.com./ I am reading the free 87 page book online now I will pray for your friend. God loves her and wants her well Athena
