First of all: take a few deeep breaths.

 

Now, do you have your fingers handy?

 

Place your index finger and middle finger

on your forehead, and your ring finger and thumb

on either side of your nose.

 

Close one nostril, breathe out to the count

of 4 through the other one, now breath in,

same way, 1,2,3,4.

Repeat on the other side. So you are always

breathing OUT first, then breath in through

that freshly cleared nostril, got it?

 

This is called alternative nostril breathing and

it is soothing to the nervous system.

 

Next, EFT to the rescue.

 

Take some time to learn this, and you will
