She read an article which is much like the diabetic way of thinking is that if you eat small amounts about 5 - 6 times a day then you keep an even sugar level in the body which allows for the body to utilize the protein necessary for the activity level. Since my sis has eaten 6 times a day small amounts she is doing very well. Interesting, sometimes she has a meeting that takes into her snack time. She sometimes forgets to bring in a snack, it sets her off for the rest of the day. She now remembers to bring in something little to eat if it her meeting goes thru her snack time.
