Guest guest
This morning I had my last cigarette. At least I hope it was. Does anyone know a tea or something I can drink to flush this stuff out of my system. I think I may be going crazy.

Guest guest
-2 parts chamomile to one part lobelia - very calming helps with nervous cravings. If plants are not available for tea you can use the capsules. Just remember 2-1 Essential oil of clove use as a mouth wash or small drop on tounge to help with cravings of taste. Bach Flower Argimony to deal with emotions. NSP's all cell detox to help pull the nicotine tar and arsenic out. Keep going! You are doing the best thing for your body, and mind. Awesome decision. Guest guest
Try plantain. It is ubiquitous and dirt cheap! Also lots of water with a pinch of live sea salt, and learn EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique.. The link below goes straight to the information on stopping cravings. http://tinyurl.com/78j9c Some lucky people get off tobacco with one session. I am "tapping" a lot these days, both with clients and for myself. It is truly amazing, and empowering in a profound way. As Gary Craig says: Try it on everything! Guest guest
Lobelia with St. John's Wort, B complex, Chamomile to relax; Tobacco Detox Homeopathic, Mullein, Lobelia, Vitamin C to cleanse; and Niacinamide are some to consider. , " Kim S " <Kim1221 wrote: > > someone told me that lobelia... you can rub it on your chest, or take > internally in small amounts. > anyone else heard of that? > > Also, maybe take some rescue remedy flower essence for the stress?? > > Kim > > - > " southernpurpleheart " <southernpurpleheart > > Thursday, February 09, 2006 8:06 PM > Trying to cleanse my mind and body > > > > This morning I had my last cigarette. Guest guest
-Lobeilia can be taken under the tounge for cravings. Open one capsule and pour some under the tounge. Save the rest for later. Listen to your body as you do this. If you take too much it will make you puke. I haven't heard of rubbing it on your chest, although it makes sense to create a paste and rub on to open bronchial passages. Drive in with warm water or hot water bottle. -- In , " Kim S " <Kim1221 wrote: > > someone told me that lobelia... you can rub it on your chest, or take > internally in small amounts. > anyone else heard of that? > > Also, maybe take some rescue remedy flower essence for the stress?? > > Kim > > - > " southernpurpleheart " <southernpurpleheart > > Thursday, February 09, 2006 8:06 PM > Trying to cleanse my mind and body > > > > This morning I had my last cigarette. Guest guest
The best way I know to stop craving sweets is don't eat ANY. If I eat a little I want more. If I don't eat any, I don't crave them. Linda - Neshanta Jones Sunday, February 12, 2006 8:55 PM Re: Re: Trying to cleanse my mind and body I want to stop craving sweets can I use lobelia. Guest guest
You can use lobelia. But if you open one of the capsules on your tounge, sweets wont be the only thing that wont taste good. Lobelia does not taste very good and too much of it will make you puke. I would use clove oil or suck on a clove from the spice cubbord. , Neshanta Jones <neshanta2002 wrote: > > I want to stop craving sweets can I use lobelia. Guest guest
<I want to stop craving sweets can I use lobelia. Help>To stop craving sweets, Stevia can be helpful, but what you really need to do is figure out WHY you are craving sweets, so you can deal with the root cause. What is your diet like? Is there a chance you have candida?
