Yes, it is Usui Reiki that I do, Shoden is the name given for the first degree, which is the level that concentrates on self-treatment meditation, and enables you to treat family and friends. Reiki Second Degree which is also known as Okuden which is the level that enables you to take it to treat people professionally. Hope that info helps and feel free to ask more. I may have been told the names of first and second degree of Usui and totally forgotten them. ( I have 2nd) Ien in the Kootenays**************************Stop. Breathe.
