Hi Andrew,

I have been reading on your self esteem. It is very hard

sometimes to keep your self esteem " up there " when you are dealing

with the " non-traditional " .

For 5 years now I have been researching

and seeking out information of non traditional methods of healing. It

is so wonderful so see such a good following on such a board. I am

finding that my self esteem is great now with what I see happening and

the bodies regaining health makes my spirit soar!!!!

With my friend remaining clear with her cancer I am unshakable in my beliefs

and what I am beginning to see just plants my feet firmer into the terra

firma!!!!!!

I consider myself blessed with each day that I have regained my health & each

day I send my husband off to work. We fight for our health but we are winning

the battle!!!!!! Each person that comes onto this board seeking alternative

help means 1 more that is going to open their eyes and hopefully find what they

are looking for.

Have a great day!!!!! HEALTH IS BALANCE!!! PM

** When I think of self-esteem, I think of two things .. sort of.

The first is self (lower-case 's'). This is the " me " and the " I "

that feels so small and alone and helpless.

Then there is the Self (upper-case 'S " ). This is the Divine within

me, the Spirit of All Things, of All That Lives. It is That which

is Absolute, Eternal, God.

At first, they look like two different things, but in truth, it is

the same word, just spelled differently. ;)

So, when I think I am alone and afraid and oh-so small, that is

self. Then I think of That Divine Parent, who is ever with me, even

in the seemingly most alone moments, That is Self.

Then I realize, I Am always Self, and that is where I get my Self-

Esteem!

Be Whole!
