Hi dootmegh, In my research I have come across some indications that

in some instances a Systemic Candida infection can cause problems with

thought processes, mental stability, actually can alter most any

process in the body. It would be interesting to see if you have a

systemic Candida infection. I did know a person in Vanc that had a

lesion in his brain which was a Candida deposit. Once he got rid of

the yeast infection he also rid himself of the lesion. If you think

this is interesting please go to www.naturalguidetohealth.com and

check on the Candida page. There is alot of info there for you and

also a test you can do to see if perhaps it might be effecting you.

This is just a thought. Do take care HEALTH IS BALANCE!!!!! PM

This is very interesting reading. I am Bi polar (Manic Depression) and from what I have learned, ( dealing with 4 yrs of, running on the manic side), manic depression is a bio-chemical disorder of the brain,I understood this as various neurons do not fire correctly or all of the time in the brain. I find it interesting that this could be tied up with a yeast infection. Manic depression as well as ADD/ADHD run on my Mothers side of the family. This is past down genetically. So the chemical makeup that runs in all the females on Moms side (her father was first diagnosed in the 50's) is a strain of yeast? I see where sugars cause yeast, and have seen that folks relate sugar to some of the problems with ADD. Heaven knows that this nation primarily runs on sugar. A while back I read a book called "Sugar

Blues". Sugar gives you instant energy and I sure hypes up a few. The body runs a sugar high, sending energy to the brain, after the sugar high is the crash and burn.. Very similar to the effects of Manic Depression, except for one thing.. Folks that are extremely manic, run this course for weeks, months and years. Manic can run a course for quite a while with the end results, the crash and burn (depression). How is it that Manics can run and run like this? Is it a blood sugar disorder maybe? My Mom's family all have blood sugar disorders (Diabetes and Hypoglycemic). I and my mother are both diabetics, and are Manics.. My mom has had diabetes since she was a child. My mothers manicness runs so high that she is paranoid, ( high levels of Manic seem simular to Schizophrenia). Mine runs on levels where I see and hear things ( I connect this with my

intuitive abilities and am a very clairvoyant psychic). Am I crazy?? No!! My mind processes on a very high energy level, the neurons are firing fast. Spirit's level is on quite a higher frequency (energy) level and this is where I connect. This is my sense.. I can see where sugar/yeast can have an effect on the chemical composition of the brain and yes my blood sugars do have a lot to do with my daily emotions.. Do all manic depressives have blood sugar disorders? I am curious if others are diabetic or hypoglycemic? Is there an association here?? I find it interesting that most of your Bi polar individuals are very creative, intelligent beings. Genius IQ's run in my family as well as musicians, artist, inventors. Interesting that ADD/ADHD individuals also fall into this realm. The 2 disorders are very similar indeed. A

lot of your world leader, politicians, musicians, artist, inventors and actors are Bi Polar.. Why is it that Bi polar individuals are so gifted, is it because our brains speed up to 10,000 mph? I know that most artist for instance do not have a creative drive when they are on the depressional side and they do not like to be medicated because they do not want to lose the Manic edge.. My self personally like to stay a bit manic to avoid the crash and burn. While on the topic, what would be the edge with a schizophrenic? Yeast again??? Folks are born with this disorder. So is the genetic connection, how our bodies process sugar? One more question on the note of what could cause Bi Polar (Manic Depression). Every woman in my family did not find out about the disorder until their late 30's early 40's.. All the women have had a tubal ligation, hysterectomy or both... Is there a endocrine connection here? From what I understand, higher estrogen levels makes the body insulin resistant, so higher blood sugars.. Lack of estrogen??? In the case of men, would the hormonal imbalance be the same, estrogen?? Anyone have any ideas or answers??mysteryarabianspaint <mysteryarabianspaint wrote: Hi dootmegh, In my research I have come across some indications that in some instances a Systemic Candida infection can cause problems with thought processes, mental
