Guest guest
Can anyone recommend a good " encyclopedia " type reference book for aromatherapy? There are so many of these and I have no clue what is good...I would like one big book (the best one) and makes notes in that book if necessary. Thanks. Guest guest
Truly professional aromatherapists respect one name above all others when it comes to scientific research: Martin Watt. http://www.aromamedical.com He wrote a big fat book that is the real thing if you want scientific research into the wonderful world of E.O.s. He scornfully refers to many popular books as "aromatherapy novels", because so much information out there is just rehashed hearsay without research. Right now, I am happy to learn from websites, but if I were to buy one book on aromatherapy that would be the one. Another good website to learn from is http://www.naturesgift.com Have fun and pass the Oregano! Guest guest
Is it an actual reference book or does it mainly go into the research of it? I cannot seem to find any books-on that web site the only books I can really find are in the class you take...Do you know the name of it?
