Guest guest
Hello, I try very hard to eat right. But that doesn't always happen. I read food labels and try to stay away from things with sugar, high sodium, white flour, white rice, etc. I love veggies, but don't eat as many as I should. I love fruit (apples, pears, blueberries, blackberries, black cherrys, anything in season.) I don't do a lot of melons, but I do like them. I eat mostly chicken and turkey ( I try to eat less red meat) and I love fish, but the packaged fish is so high in sodium. As a matter of fact I was stunned to see (fresh chicken) had over 500 mg of sodium per piece. BEFORE cooking or adding any season. Just straight out of the package at the meat counter. I drink a lot of water, I do NOT drink any sodas. However, I do have a tendency to want to snack late in the evening when I can't sleep. Bad habit - but trying to break it. Well, I hope that answered your question. I try (but don't always succeed) to eat right. I know that is some of my problems, just don't know what else to cut out of my diet. It seems everything I eat has some type of a reaction wtih the issues I mentioned. Thank you so much for asking Health and Blessings Gail , HelleHathNOFury@a... wrote: > > Gail, > > what's your diet like? > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > > In a message dated 1/11/2006 5:06:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, > writes: > > > OPen to suggestions and willing to try things I haven't tried yet. > Desperate to find something that will help me with any and all of these > issues. > > Thank you.
