Re: Subluxation question

Hi Phil,

I'll ask him, but, he's a

wellness chiropractor, so he wants to see

me at least weekly anyhow. I did ask him if there

was anything I could

do on my own, and he suggested I practice a stance

similar to the cobra

in yoga. I was hoping (maybe too

ambitiously) that I might not only be

able to stop the progression of this, but, maybe

to cut back to once or

twice a month.

I think this all started

because I used to be morbidly obese. On my

40th birthday, I weighed about 400lbs and had a

60inch waist. I lost

over two-hundred lbs and now my waist is about

36inches. I'm now 45 and

I'm confident that the excess weight is gone

forever. When I was obese,

i actually needed to unnaturally pivot in

the middle of my back in

order to reach things while sitting. I think

this caused a long term

injury which calcifies unless it's kept broken up.

Thank you, Phil.
