multi vitamin

Hi all,

I'm looking for a source for a high quality multi vitamin, mineral supplement. I would prefer that it be reasonably priced. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've heard stories about supplements being mostly filler, so am wanting something that will do what it says.

---i am informed that it is always better to get these from natural

sources

see adele davis books on nuttrition - fascinating -everyone should

have this book to get started

 

however if supplements are the answer short term ,

 

look for absorption values -not whats in them but how much you

absorb and can use .

 

that is a whole new ball game
