Good Morning!

Recipes: Essential Oils for Emotional Balance

I have compiled several of my favorite essential oil recipes that I use in my

clinic and with patients seeking the joys and health benefits of many of these

brilliant essential plant remedies!

I am having a lot of fun playing with

oils these days. Just learning.

Question: How much mixing oil do

you use for 8 drops of EO?

I used Butch Owen's Oil of Oregano to

stop the cough when we were getting over

our the flu that sneaked through our

usual defences. My husband was still hacking

away long after mine had stopped.

I finally made him up a bottle with

Oregano, and a bit of Eucalyptus and Wild

Rosemary, and he was a lot better the

very next day.

Of course, it might have happened anyway..

Dear Ien,

Thank you for your email.

You may use these blends in an ounce of blending oil, such as jojoba, sunflower, safflower.
