Carol Carol, Take a look at this: My friend Jan Jenson has alerted me to a website that is totally devoted to breathing! This is her link. Cruise around a bit and you will find an e-book free for the downloading. Take our FREE breathing tests to find out how good/bad is your breathing:http://www.breathing.com/cmd.php?af=326912 Jan has studied breathing techniques extensively and is an inspiring teacher. I would recommend her for live sessions to people who live in her part of the world. Guest guest
I was on oxygen for about 2 ½ yrs. During that time the Pulmonologist felt I had Pulmonary Fibrosis and not a good outcome. Your blood oxygen level should be in the 90’s. Mine was in the 50’s and that was WITH oxygen! I decided against letting them stick me in the hospital to collapse my lung and do a biopsy and put me on steroids. I went to a Naturopathic Dr (ND) on the recommendation of a friend. She felt it was due to toxins in my environment. Later we discovered this to be true and the toxins were coming from inside the home I was living in (a mobile home) putting off formaldehyde & asbestos. The ND put me on several cleanses. There is also a certain order to cleanses to be done properly. I did the colon, liver, stone, lymph, parasite, yeast & environmental toxin cleanses. It took me awhile, but when I was through, I was off the oxygen. They did another CT scan of my lungs and found out that it was 90% gone – something that shouldn’t go away. In addition, I had been on two blood pressure prescriptions that I was also able to quit taking after the cleanses. During this time I also took another herbal combination for the lungs called ALJ. The products the ND used were from Nature’s Sunshine. She said she uses them because they do over 300 tests on their products, are excellent quality of products, and reasonable prices. If you are interested, you can go to www.naturessunshine.com. If you do decide to order, I would appreciate that you would use my ID number which is 1200404-6 as I would get credit. Thanks! Let me know if you have any other questions as I can help your further if you like. Since this experience, I decided I needed to help others, so I am going back to school. Carol More on lung cleansing: The lung is the partner meridian of the large intestine. Anything you do cleanse your colon will benefit your lungs too. I know how grateful my lungs are when I go easy on the cheese, but if I take my Fiberzon I can get away with more. Herbs: Cat's Claw, or Una de Gato, is great for both the digestive tract and the lungs. Excellent all-over anti-inflammatory and adaptogen as well. Be sure to get the true Uncaria Tomentosa, produced by a reputable company. Ask me off list for a sample of a delicious tea containing Uncaria Tomentosa. (ienvan) Another way of pulling toxins out of any part of the body is through those wood vinegar foot pads, they are so neat. Ask Jan Jenson for her source. Guest guest
6.1.06 are you interested in natural healing of your problem within a short time and without meds. meds will always give some side affects. in the files section, go to mudra folder. there you will find one Linga mudra for removing cough and colds. just practice it for 7 days and your problem will go away at least 50%. the photo and how to do it is mentioned. it is to be done only say 5-10 mts at a time and if possible 3 times a day. our body is made of 5 elements as also nature. when these elements are imbalanced, dis-ease is there. this ancient indian yogic science balances the elements and heals. there is an article also there explaining the scientific base of healing. there are no side effects. it is just giving commands from your palm to your super computor to correct by drawing energy from the universe through the thumb. i also read about some people talking about thyroid problem. the Sun mudra there corrects the thyroid problem. it is mainly used as a weight loss mudra by burning fat. since imbalance of thyroid also causes body mass change, this corrects the same. the mudras are in do-it-yourself single page format and very easy to do as all the instructions are there. try & share. i am sure most of the members would love to hear from you that your problem is 50% solved without meds. with light & love d.k.kothari DK_Holistic_Healing/ - Carol Jean Thursday, January 05, 2006 3:14 AM Lung cleanse Hello - I am looking for info on how to cleanse the lungs. (I wonder if you can buy apple brandy. There may be a recipe on the internet. I will check. I have a wonderful recipe for Pumpkin Bread. Whenever anyone in my family has a cold in the lungs, I make it for them, and they are better the next day it seems. Pumpkin is very healing to the lungs. If you would like the recipe, I will be happy to share it Take care Athena

Guest guest
Carol, Are you or were you a smoker? Are you on any medications? I'd be happy to help you but I do need more information. I am currently working to become a certified natural healthcare professional. As part of my course study I must preform several health anaylisis. This is great learning experience for me, but the beauty is it is free to you. Becuase I am learning I cannot charge for the consult where others charge $25-$65 for the info. You can contact me through http://bygraceent.tripod.com/ I think someone else suggested ALJ an NSP product. It is very good. Be careful and look for drug interactions if you are taking any scripts. On my journey of learning I have come to realize that some natural substances can interact with prescriptions in a negative mannor. Use caution and consult your physcian. You can also check several single herbs an drugs at http://www.drugdigest.org Best wishes, be blessed Kristina
