Two questions, Dr. Ho and finding astragulus root

I am looking for astragulus root slices as well as sunflower or mung bean sprouts. Does anyone know where I can find them? Any online sources?

 

Also, has anyone ever tried the Dr. Ho massage system? It's in various infomercials and supposedly helps with chiropractic issues.

David, are you near a health food store? Don't buy sprouts, buy seeds and sprout your own!

It's cheap, and you'll know the sprouts are clean and fresh.

 

Both Mung beans and sunflower seeds are widely available.
