Guest guest
Suzanne, The best way to find good music is your local library, You can check them out there then decide if you want to but it. Although if you live in a small town the choices would be limited. I have a VG collection of cd's,,,I will mail the list to you after Christmas. Feel free to email me a reminder. Guest guest
I have a meditation on my website that is free. It is automatically timed and advances to the next screen automatically. The 15 and 30 Minute meditations are about learning to relax and focus on your breathing. http://www.vivianmarkley.com/intro%20to%20meditation.htm Vivian On Behalf Of SuzanneTuesday, December 20, 2005 3:58 AM Subject: Healing bodywork techniques and good music for itAnyone with any easy good tips for relaxing, healing, massage for novice, in addition to deep for toxin release, please email me.Interested in good music for bodywork, like piano music but never know what they actually play or where they get the music. When you have time, could you also send that to the group or to me? Lor Suzanne, The best way to find good music is your local library, You can check them out there then decide if you want to but it.
