Actually, I can think of many things one

can do to get healthier that don't cost much,

or even nothing!

 

Nutrition is a vital part of building health, but

it is not everything.

 

We need air, water, exercise, proper structural

alignment, and last but not least a good attitude.

 

Let's start with air.

 

You don't need money, tests, or the OK

of a doctor to pay attention to your breathing.
