Hi Lisa,

I had FMS as well and have been able to reverse and eliminate about 95%

of the symptoms using the same things you have been doing. Raindrop

therapy and chiropractic care have been key in my recovery and I would

recommend those two therapy's to everyone for everything... the

difference they can make is simply amazing.

The only thing I would add to your list is to suggest using

homeopathy. With homeopathic medicine, I have been able to control and

eliminate (!!!!) my aches, pains and spasms - without the use of

dangerous pharmaceutical drugs. These 3 things combined (RDT, chiro and

homeopathy) have literally saved my life.

As I'm sure most here already know, changing thought patterns helps

immensely as well. Meditation, prayer, positive thinking - all those

things had many many benefits to my recovery and should not be

overlooked by those seeking health.

I am looking forward to horseback riding again as well - something they

told me I would never be able to do again (I broke my back in 1990) but

I am pain free now and well enough that I think I could handle it.

When spring arrives, I'll find out for sure. ;-)

Peace,

Mouse

ps. If anyone needs more information on rain drop therapy, please feel

free to contact me and I'll gladly refer you to a practitioner in your

area.

Iwas diagnosed with Fibro a year

ago. I use only natural medicine for treatment and have had great

success. I am on a vitamin regimin. And weekly have a raindrop therapy

treatment done with massage therapy included. I see a chiropractor

regularly when needed, but at least once a month. Only drink water and

teas. Exercise is important if you can do it. I try to walk at least a

mile a day. I dont have the sleep interupptions like I used to and can

actually function well most of the time. The best part is that I am

actively riding horses again!! YEAH!!
