Mudra for skin

I just wanted to report that a week and a half ago, I did some work out in my

back yard which borders the woods. At one point I had to clear some vines that

were encroaching on the garden, and though I am pretty good and identifying

poison oak/ivy, I unwittingly got some poison ivy in the mix. I have become

increasingly sensitive over the years.

For the last week I have had a case of poison ivy all over my right arm, and

various places on both legs. The rash on my arm was so severe that I looked

like I had second degree burns.

I considered going to the doctor, but I did not want to take steroids for 3

weeks as we entere the flu season. Steroids really compromise the immune

system.

I looked of d.k.'s mudra file, and began using the one for skin conditions--to

remove excess water. I could feel a difference in my arm while holding the

mudra. Over two days time, the rash has dried dramatically on my arm and legs.

For those of you who suffer from poison oak/ivy/sumac reactions, you know how

very quick this change is. The rash can last for weeks.

This has been a very positive experience with the mudra. I shall continue to use

it for the next few days until the rash is completely dry.
