for those who are interested, there is a yogic hand postures called mudra in

the files section under mudra folder. it is called joints pain mudra and is

very effective against arthritis as well as sciatica. if done properly

within 15 days you may be healed. it is just correcting the imbalance in 5

elements which constitute the body. no side effect and can be done as per

suitable time. another mudra pran also helps in sciatica.

Thank you so much for this additional advise. I will try it too.

 

Also ... I heard a couple of days ago that some oils are

particularly good for arthritis. Does this mean that massaging with

these oil are even better?
