Massage Therapy for slipped disk/sdiatic nerve?

Massage-Hank,

Thank you so much for this additional advise. I will try it too.

 

Also ... I heard a couple of days ago that some oils are

particularly good for arthritis. Does this mean that massaging with

these oil are even better?

A friend who earns a living with heavy physical
