Guest guest
Massage-Hank, Thank you so much for this additional advise. I will try it too. Also ... I heard a couple of days ago that some oils are particularly good for arthritis. Does this mean that massaging with these oil are even better? sc00spirit - Sarah , hank-jean-krebs <hank- jean-krebs@p...> wrote: > > Good Eveniong Kish- > 95 % of sciatica is caused by the piroformis muscle in the buttock getting inflamed and hardened. If your wife were laying on her stomach raise the affected foot so that hte shin is 90° to the bed and have her push her ankle into your hand outward towards the edge of the bed against resistance for 6-9 secs 6-10 times and this will give unbelievable relief. Guest guest
A friend who earns a living with heavy physical labor swears by his "theracane", a device that allows him to comfortably reach his own back for massage. He uses it in between visits to a professional massage therapist. You can find them at http://relaxtheback.com I am getting my husband one for Christmas.
