That's fine, Lynda, just a little messy...

I use acidophilis capsules, and I also put some lavender in a capsule.

Just make sure you use therapeutic grade oil...

natural remedies for mild yeast infection.

Gynecologist told me I have a mild yeast infection. Not worried about it. Would like to know if Yogurt helps? Bought non fat plain.Lynda

Yes, it most likely will be helpful.

And if it doesn't help it won't hurt either.

You may take it internally and apply some topically as well.

Do keep a sharp eye out for further signs.

Are you prone to yeast infections, or

is this your first time?

Hi,

Does the yogurt read " live cultures " ? Some of them don't have it. If

not, you can get acidopholus in capsule form. You can also open it

and mix it in the yogurt.

Someone suggested something to me that may sound a bit gross, but

I'd thought I'd pass it along and let you decide. You can put some

of the yogurt w/acidopholus onto a pad or paper towel in your

underwear overnight. I just slept on an old sheet and wore sweats,

but it wasn't too messy. It cleared quickly for me that way and

hasn't recurred. Also, garlic is supposed to be helpful.

Take care,

Josie
