Guest guest
Hello, My name is Josie and I've been reading your group since the Summer. I am writing to ask for your advice and/or a point in the right direction to find out information on problems with water absorption. I am only interested in non-allopathic solutions. However, I'm not sure where to begin to find answers. TIA, Josie
Guest guest
Josie, can you elaborate a bit? What are you doing for salt? Dr Batmanghelid (SP?) who wrote the ultimate book an healing with water, stresses the importance of combining it with LIVE salt, not the chemical sodium chloride. I believe the proportion is a quarter teaspoon of salt to each quart of water. Google Water Cure, and Celtic Seasalt, for some more answers. You might also benefit from working with any healing arts practitioner who removes blocks to the free flow of Life Force. If the bladder and kidney channels are blocked water will not be distributed properly. If you can afford it, see a TCM. (Traditional ) There are a gazillion forms of Healing arts, including do-it-yourself. I practice Reflexology, which is easily learned and can be applied to yourself. There is an excellent book on acupressure called Acupressure's Potent Points, by Michael Reed Gach. That should keep you busy for a bit! Keep us posted please. Guest guest
Hi, I'm sorry I am just now responding. I never received this message in my inbox. I don't know why sends them sporadically. I will try to explain to the best of my ability, but admittedly don't really understand it myself. Basically, I had a urinalysis that showed I was dehydrated. I was surprised to hear this because I drink at LEAST 10 liters of water per day. I had a repeat test and it showed dehydration again. So, I was told to consume more salt (not table salt) as my body is not processing the water I'm drinking. Both my parents and all four grandparents have/had high blood pressure. I have purposely not used salt when cooking or to season my food. I have been adding sea salt to my water and food, but it is very hard as I'm not accustomed to the taste yet. I can pay for TCM or any other appropriate service, but I am having more of a problem finding one. I don't know how to go about it and I'm not comfortable just picking someone from a directory listing. I will see what I can find on Google and see if I can find someone who can provide a personal referral to an alternative health care practitioner. Thanks again! Guest guest
17.10.05 i can suggest a simple remedy. yogic hand postures called mudras are very useful in these cases. in the files section, under mudra folder, you will find a Varun mudra which is very easy to perform. the photo and how to do it is given. if you practice it as per the required time, you will find a big change within 15 days. there is one apan mudra which could control high B>P> of you and your parents. i have published so many specialist mudras also in my e-books as also a list of around 300 problems/disease which can be solved along with recommended mudras. these are just based on correction of imbalance of 5 elements which constitute the body. with light & love d.k.kothari - " josiecat1022 " <mjd_subs2 Saturday, October 15, 2005 9:31 AM Re: Intro & Question about water absorption > Hi, > > I'm sorry I am just now responding. Guest guest
Hi d.k.kothari, Thanks for the information. I will look into it as soon as possible. I am a little unclear on the recommendation for high B.P. You indicate for me and my parents. My BP is NEVER high. It is either normal or low. Did you mean for me to do it myself as a preventative or to pass it along to them? Guest guest
20.10.05 no this is mainly for people who have high b.p. however this mudra does a lot of good for ladies. just see the benefits. for high b.p.there is a special mudra. this is a general mudra where reducing high b.p. is a side effect of reducing toxins. for reducing water absorption you can do the particular mudra. you can have a look at other mudras also if they are needed by you. with light & love d.k.kothari - " josiecat1022 " <mjd_subs2 Wednesday, October 19, 2005 8:49 PM Re: Intro & Question about water absorption > > Hi d.k.kothari, > > Thanks for the information. Guest guest
Hello My name is Gail and I have seen a couple of your posts regarding Mudras. I'm not sure how this works, but have had Jin Shin Jystu (spelling?) in the past and it really helped me alot. The person I got it from talked about Mudras. I have several health issues I am trying to deal with, unfortunately with no positive results. I was wondering if any of the Mudras you mention would help me with that? I have the following health issues listed in priority of wanting to control them. If you have any suggestions I would be very grateful and interested in what you have to say. *Diabetes *Overweight (by about 60 lbs) *Back pain *Numbness in limbs (due to back injury and possible diabetes) *Insomnia *CHRONIC cough (have had for about 8 months) *Congestion in sinus areas (can't breath through my nose most of the time) *Carpel tunnel in right wrist *Pain in upper and mid back Any suggestions or remarks would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I hope to hear from you Gail In a message dated 10/17/2005 3:42:10 P.M.
