Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am brand new to this group and was reading this email. I was wondering if someone could tell me what the Hulda Clarke Regime is? I have also been told that I probably need a cleanse, because of all my health issues. I am interested in finding out as much about cleanses as I can. I have the following health issues: diabetes, chronic cough, insomnia, high cholesterol, overweight, back injury a few years ago that has caused neuropathy in both legs and feet (or could be from diabetes, but had the numbness right after injury), sometimes high blood pressure. Any suggestions??? I've been told that I should try a Colon cleanse and Liver cleanse, but don't know which to use, or how to find out what they are and how to use them. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, on how to resolve these health issues NATURALLY! Guest guest
Hi Gail I've discovered over the years that food is where we get our healing vitamins from, therefore your digestive system MUST be kept in tip top shape. To do this you must avoid all processed foods, especially treated vegetable oils. Use virgin cold pressed ones instead and find out which are best for cooking. I've read that Coconut and Palm are the best for high temp cooking as long as they are not processed. They have to be cold pressed - very important. I also eat only sour dough breads and also unpasteurised fresh butter and milk. Avoid homogenized milk at all costs, it hardens the arteries. Hope this helps ! Guest guest
Hi Gail, I suggest you check out drclark.net, drclark, com, drclarkstore.com - they all have useful information besides being places where you can buy the things needed. Particularly follow all the links on drclark.net as they tell you some of the information in her books. Val - yloilsheal Friday, September 23, 2005 6:32 PM Re: Weakened immune system, ideas?
