Guest guest
I have found that when I supplement with a Vitamin B Complex it ususally solves the problem of cracked lips.. good luck humbly dev - Evicka Thursday, September 01, 2005 11:55 PM mouth cracks Hi everyone, I am new to this , but have a question, to which I have a great difficulties to find an answer. I am suffering with cracks in the corner of my mouth on regular basis. Have no idea how to get rid of it. It was suggested to me by Naturopathic Doctor, that my Ph balance might be out of whack. Trying to rectify this problem did not much help my problem. Is there anyone out there who knows how to get rid of it, or rather what is the cause if it in the first place? I love to smile, but even that hurts. Thank you for any helpfull suggestion, Eva
Guest guest
Evicka, I read years ago, in my Adelle Davis stage, that cracks in the corner of the mouth are a sign of B vitamin deficiency. I forget which one, and I don't care anymore since I stopped long ago trying to work with isolates. Whole food supplements are the way to go! You get the vitamins that science has already discovered, and the ones they will find tomorrow. You might try some nutritional yeast, it is a good source of complete Bs, or take a look at complete whole wild foods nutrition at the website in my sig file.
