I am very interested in alternative types of treatment for mental/emotional health. Energy Healing, Herbs, Message Therapy, Movement Therapy, Aromatherapy, Candle Therapy, Crystal/Stone Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Music Therapy, & Essential Oils. I would be interested in hearing your experiences with any of them.

Love,

Arana

Hi Arana, thanks for joining this board.

You sure are open-minded and eclectic!

Is that because you are curious, or desperate for help?

I happen to have a special interest in ADD/ADHD,

and in the role of nutrition and mental health in

general.

I wrote down the experience of our family

once and for all, so I won't have to repeat it all the

time and bore everyone else on the board who

has seen it already.

You can get it by sending a blank email

to alexstory

My latest passion has nothing to do with nutrition:

it is Emotional Freedom Technique.

Read all about it http://emofree.com

That should keep you busy for a while:).

Merry meet, till next time.

One modality I successfully use is a self help group. I find it workss

for me. There's lots of links of possibly helpful sites at

http://mayapple.ms11.net/ch.htm ch is short for complementary health.

Also includes alternative health from accupressure to Yoga. Plus

general alt, complementary, integrative health web sites
