What a weird world which needs the complicated Net to catch the simplest of remedies! 2nd the hydrotherapy for the sinuses. Yogis have been cleaning up orifices like that for 1000 of years. Typical instruction take a medium sized bowl, rinse it and put 4-5 grains of salt in it. Not much. add 6-9 ounces of tepid/cool pure water (filtered OK) and bring the edge of the bowl to the nostrils. Slowly inhale the water and cycle it back towards mouth. Spit. Repeat. Done in the morning and the evening, the head will be clear and fresh all day. Good practice when getting off planes and during cold/flu seasons as well. Never used a nettie pot but I can relate. they are probably easier to use. I found that using a bowl was simple enough. A little awkward at first. Nettie pot looks like a bota bag for the nostrils!
