Guest guest
Dear Muhammad Masry, Chris, Len, d.k.kothari, and Kishore Mehrotra, Thanks so so much for all your answers! I will try them little by little to see if any will work. We do have pets, our room is carpeted, I'm breastfeeding (so I've actually eliminated dairy from my diet). For the tea as suggested by dear Mr Masry, we don't have all the herbs you mentioned here in Manila, the Philippines. But I will try and find them! =) I found out tonight, though, that asthma DOES run in my husband's family. Sigh. I hope I keep it at bay, and he doesn't progress into anything scary. (I've heard of terrible attacks!) Thanks so much, all! You are all so kind! Jen Mommy to Paul (4 y.o.) and Kevin (7 months now!) Guest guest
Jen, Another thing that IS available in the Philippines is Emotional Freedom Technique. When I took the class the person next to me used it for asthma, and said he felt much lighter after a round of tapping! Look it up please, and take the trouble to learn it, it doesn't have to cost anything. Though if you do decide to buy the video, it may be the best money you ever spend. http://emofree.com Try it on Anything!
