New message board AWESOME!!!

Frank, the new messageboard looks absolutely awesome. Congrats!!!

 

As some have already brought up: once registered, error message follows.

However, name shows up after a little while on the members list. Logging in has

to wait until account is activated?

To try and log in is followed by page with wrong user name or wrong password and

2 choices are given to either try again or something else (forget what that

was), however, it doesn't wait till you click and make a choice, it continues

downloading the next page (for username and password).

 

Since in d twice (thought I had redo it after receiving error message

when I d first time). Thought I would just delete/ for

one, can't seem to find the correct 'button' for unsubscribing. Is this hidden

in the profile section (which I can't access because logging in doesn't

respond).

Thanks for the information and thanks for the compliments.

 

I think that it will work out as a pretty nice board for everyone.

What we have is just a start, I hope it will evolve to even better as

we go along.

 

I am in the process of debugging it but as I am learning on the job,

all please bear with me.

 

If anyone wants to they can sign up even thought it isn't working

perfectly yet.

 

Just sign up and expect to get an error message. then they can

usually log on after that even though it states an " error " . It just

isn't sending an email to you confirming an account.

 

I hope to add many features etc, if we do not have too many people

come to it with poor intentions. Things like each member can add an

Avatar (small photos or picture (jpeg or gif) of their choosing)

cartoon characters included.

 

After we have sufficient members signed up we will have a poll to get

the member's views on having instant messaging between members and

the ability to send email to each other while on the board using the

board systems email capability with inboxes there etc.

 

I hope everything goes well as I have more plans to help the group

but I prefer not to discuss them yet as I kinda have my hands full

with this board thing at present.

 

Also, we will normally have multiple moderators for each " forum " , so

if there is anyone else out there who hasn't volunteered yet and you

have some " expertise " in one of the areas listed on the message

boards let me know by replying to this post here or by emailing me.
