Guest guest
Hello Cindy, You will need to do plenty of research and try different ideas untill you find what is right for you. You may need some omega 3 essential fatty acids a good vitamin/mineral supplement and extra vit C for starters. Avoid hydrogenated fats (read labels its in most processed food even wholemeal bread)and arthritis is often made worse by tomatoes, oranges, peppers, aubergines and potatoes. A good site for ulcerative colitis sufferers is Healing Crow another site. Hope this gives you a start off on the road to health.
