Do you get enough Magnesium in a way that is useful to your body?

Magnesium is so very critical to so many of the body's processes..... just

something

else for you to consider.

Hello Cindy,

You will need to do plenty of research and try

different ideas untill you find what is right for you.

You may need some omega 3 essential fatty acids a good

vitamin/mineral supplement and extra vit C for

starters. Avoid hydrogenated fats (read labels its in

most processed food even wholemeal bread)and arthritis

is often made worse by tomatoes,

oranges, peppers, aubergines and potatoes. A good site

for ulcerative colitis sufferers is Healing Crow

another site.

Hope this gives you a start off on the road to

health.

Best wishes

Chris
