My never fail " sleeping pill " for regular insomnia plus awakening many

times during the night:

1. Magnesium

2. One drop of essential oil of Lavendar on the pillow

3. SAM-e in the morning

May I inquire how much magnesium and in what form? Ditto for SAM-e (how

much, that is). I have a lot of trouble with insomnia and would very much

like to find a solution. THANKS!!!

I use melatonin (sublingual) for nice restful sleep. Due to

my diabetes, I find that if I have *no* carbohydrates near bedtime,

by morning blood glucose levels are much better. I find that

coconut milk about 3 hours before bed provides my body with energy

by no carbohydrates so I have good late night energy, but can sleep

soundly.
