It looks to me that the actual problem could be that she does not have enough of her own enzymes, and that that causes her allergy, maybe supplementation of enzymes will help, and after she has replenished she will be less sensitive. Just a thought, let me know what you think, or if it helps. Also supplementation of the beneficial intestinal bacteria might help. I understand that celiac disease is when wheat gluten erodes the intestinal mucosa? Thanks.
