--- Yahwist, I can be 'cruising' along in 5th when - *whoosh* something can

jump out of the page and hit me ... on a recent post it said to avoid

astragalus, since it may boost an already overactive immune system.

Couldn't this possibly apply to other immune boosters such as Echinacea ?

What are the best herbs for arthritis?

Avoid astragalus, since it may boost an already overactive immune

system.

If I has RHEUMATOID arthritis, I would avoid any immune stimulants.

However, for me things like tumeric and ginkgo and ginger and garlic provide

significant relife....... osteo arthritis.
