help for steroid

Hi, not much here to suggest, except to follow instructions for

withdrawl of the drug strictly. I was on a related drug, which, if I

didn't follow instructions (and just stopped taking it), would have

resulted in a heart attack. It took me weeks to get off,

incrementally. That's how strong these things can be! Physicians can

easily persuade, when a health crisis is occurring. When we're more

inclined to natural therapies, we can hold the assumption that it's best

to get off medications ASAP. Sometimes, that's true. Sometimes, it's

unwise. Perhaps, significantly as well, I was on another drug with the

same potential to cause heart attacks--it was withdrawn from the

market. I've heard the assertion: " A drug with no side effects is no

drug. " If I listen to my physician, my days are numbered! From this,

and direct observations of others (whom I see frequently, taking meds.),

we need to treat drugs as having potential dangers. In a situation of

crisis, choices can be few, and natural prevention doesn't always

apply. Please exercise caution, and attention to instructions. Steve
